We have developed many tricks and shortcuts specific to our trade over the years and have enough time in to know what works long term. We have been around to see all the new developments in the deck industry and have been able to sort thru and test each new product. We have every tool and skill set to make us the best at what we do.

Never and up sale or back charge: We will never force a sale or push you into a larger or more expensive deck project then you and your budget can afford. We also pride ourselves at coming in on budget almost every time. We do not want to charge you any more then contract, and unless you choose to make significant changes once we have begun work we won't have any surprises for you at the end of the job.

xtensive design experience: We work with you to design the perfect deck for your application and budget. We custom design each and every deck with a wealth of knowledge specific to decks. Our designs are interesting, beautiful and at the same time utilitarian, we consider traffic paths, grilling and sitting areas as well as aesthetics.  We are cad experts and all our decks have a full set of cad plans we work off from, these are not generic computer generated plans but specifically drawn to your homes dimensions.

Knowledgeable and use of the best materials: We work with only the best deck materials, From hand picking our treated lumber for framing and also our treated decks to selecting the best composites or man-made materials.  And if it's an Ipe deck your interested in, no one has more experience working with Ipe. We also use only the best rail materials, no cheap flimsy, hollow, PVC store bought rails on our decks. Our Vinyl rails are top of the line solid HDPE thru and thru. They look great (like freshly painted wood) not overly shiny and "fake" and are much stronger then hollow PVC rails.

Our work practices: We only bring materials necessary for that days build so your backyard is not our store yard. We hand dig our piers and no large machinery is driving around ruining your grass and landscaping. In fact we are nearly no impact at all on your yard and home. We clean up each work day and keep your site clean and safe before we leave.

We work efficiently completing your job in a timely manner. We do not jump around from job to job like some contractors. You will not be waiting for us wondering when we will return to continue work on your deck. We are experts in time management, we order your materials well in advance and prefab many of our quality components in our full wood shop. We also have developed a system where we break down your project into discreet steps, so we only bring what is necessary to complete that days step, This makes us very efficient and  the end results is your deck is built in a timely manner with unsurpassed quality and craftsmanship. We also handle all permit applications and meeting all building codes.
